Sales Manager

Sales Manager for a young legal company. Remote, full-time, salary 30,000 RUB + commission + KPI. Work with warm leads only.

Process incoming requests (clients leave applications, your task is to consult them competently). Accompany the client through the sales funnel (from first contact to successful deal). Work in the CRM system (maintain reporting, record deal stages). Fulfill planned indicators (KPI).

Confident PC skills and CRM experience. Competent speech and active sales skills. Sales experience. Quiet workplace and stable internet. Legal education is a plus but not required.

Salary: 30,000 RUB (paid stably) + % of sales + KPI. Income: No ceiling - depends on your activity and ability to close deals. Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 20:00 (full-time, like in the office, only from home). Team: Young, driven people who always help and advise. No bureaucracy or toxic bosses! Base: Work ONLY with a warm base! No cold calls.
