Sales Manager for an online school (epoxy resin products). Handle warm leads via Telegram, Instagram, VK, MAX. Remote, 4 hours/day, income 30-40k RUB (base + 8%).

Handle incoming warm leads in Telegram, Instagram, VK, and MAX – no cold calls or cold base. Guide clients through all stages of the sales funnel. Maintain contact with clients who purchased a mini-product and sell them the main course.

Experience in sales specifically via messaging. Competent written communication, lively informal style, no template phrases. Result-oriented – income directly depends on personal sales.

Average income for 4 hours/day – 30-40 thousand RUB. (base + 8% of sales). Fully remote, schedule 6/1, about 4 hours/day, distributed from 10:00 to 20:00. Everything for a quick start: ready scripts, objection database, product curator, senior manager support. Contract with self-employed (GPH), payment once a month based on act of completed work.
