Work with webinar participants, pre-registration forms, paid diagnostic sessions. Identify client needs, present academy programs, handle objections, close sales for training courses and paid diagnostics. Maintain CRM Bitrix24 records.

1+ year sales experience; mandatory online education experience; experience selling high-ticket products (100,000+ RUB); mandatory experience in soft niches (psychology, coaching, esoterics); excellent verbal communication; ability to build trust; CRM skills (Bitrix24 preferred); PC/laptop.

Fixed salary 30,000 RUB/month + commission; permanent work; stable flow of incoming leads; training before start; support from sales manager; long-term cooperation.
