Sales Manager

Sales manager for an online school teaching copywriting and design, average check 99k RUB. Responsibilities include calls and chats, consultations, closing deals in amoCRM. Salary: 15k fixed + 15k KPI + up to 6% commission, average income above 100k RUB, schedule 10:00–20:00.

Online school project teaches online professions: copywriting and design, with more directions to be added soon. Average check is 99k RUB. Entry into the funnel is a paid practicum held twice a week. Through communication with participants, working with their requests and personal consultations, we bring them to training in the main program.

Experience in sales in online schools. Confident work on calls and in chats. Ability to bring the client back into dialogue and close deals.

Payment: fixed 15k RUB + KPI 15k RUB + percentage (the colder the lead, the higher the percentage: up to 6% when meeting the plan). Average salary of a sales manager is above 100k RUB. Schedule: 10:00–20:00; one full day off and one duty day per week (only answering incoming messages in own dialogues).
