Sales Manager / Менеджер по продажам

Sales manager in a creative agency group (creative, design, video production). Find clients, negotiate, close deals. Remote or Moscow office.

We are an ambitious agency with several products: creative agency Fake, design agency HYG, and creative video production Make. We are looking for a person to help us grow: find new clients, conduct negotiations, and bring deals to results. Responsibilities: - Find and attract clients: cold/warm contacts, databases, decision makers, industry events. - Conduct negotiations and sell our services. - Manage the deal from first contact to contract and payment. - Coordinate documents with lawyers and accounting. - Maintain CRM, record agreements, and set tasks for the team. - Meet sales targets and develop the client base.

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in digital, marketing, creative, special projects, or video production. Experience with cold and warm sales and working with decision makers. Ability to independently find clients and manage deals. Systematic approach, organization, and clear communication. Willingness to complete a test assignment after the interview.

Format: remote or from the office in Moscow (Novokuznetskaya metro), schedule 10:00-19:00 Moscow time or by agreement.
