WebCitrus Studio is a full-cycle marketing agency based in Limassol. We help businesses worldwide grow: websites and landing pages, AI agents for telephony, WhatsApp and Instagram, targeted advertising (Meta/TikTok), social media management, photo and video production. Responsibilities: find businesses that need a website, advertising, or content. Your task is calls and helping in finding clients. Scripts, materials, and training are provided by us.

Russian + conversational English (B2+) + Greek (a plus, but not required). Self-discipline — work from home on your own schedule. Experience in sales.

Payment (no ceiling): 20% from each deal — average €300–500 per sale. Up to €150 bonus for a client for target/SMM. 10% monthly for AI agent support. If you sell more than €10,000 per month — percentage increases to 25%. Realistic: 3–5 deals per month = €900–2,500 with part-time employment. Home office, flexible schedule, Cyprus.
