Remote full-time Sales Manager for online education project by Robert Oksuzyan. Salary from 60,000 RUB + commission. Requires 1+ year sales experience.

The project has a strong personal brand and a large audience. Robert Oksuzyan is a master of psychology, esoteric, mystic, and practitioner with over 20 years of experience. His projects unite 600,000+ students and 600,000+ social media followers. Robert is the author of two books, one of which became a bestseller. Today we are developing several directions: online learning, author's programs and courses, practices and meditations, closed communities, individual work formats, events, and other products in personal development and transformation. The company is in a phase of active growth and scaling. We are constantly developing products, strengthening the team, and building processes that allow us to work with a large audience and increase results. We are looking for a sales department manager to become part of the team and help develop one of the key business directions. - Sales experience of 1 year or more is required. - Experience in online schools, infobusiness, or EdTech will be a plus. - Ability to handle a large volume of dialogues simultaneously, especially during launch periods. - Competent written communication. - Stress resistance and composure during intensive weeks. - Willingness to work full days during Moscow time working hours.

- Fixed salary 60,000 RUB. - % from each sale, the size depends on the 'temperature' of the client: from 3% (client is ready to buy) to 10% (client without warming up, all work on you). - Quarterly bonuses for meeting KPIs and special achievements. - Remote work, full day.
