Sales Manager for Legal Services

Isaeva Consult Group, a legal company, is hiring a remote sales manager to handle inbound requests, sell legal services, and manage CRM deals. Pay: 1000 RUB/shift + 10% of sales. Growth to head of sales possible.

We are a legal company operating for over 5 years, supporting individuals and businesses in tax disputes, land and property issues, licensing, and other legal services. We are forming a sales department and looking for a manager to work with inbound requests. Responsibilities: - Process inbound requests in chats and by phone - Identify client needs and sell legal services - Manage client from inquiry to payment - Work in Bitrix24: fill cards and manage deals - Maintain order in CRM and ensure no requests are left unprocessed - Work according to scripts and contribute to their improvement The main base is warm and hot inbound inquiries.

A person who can communicate with clients, is not afraid of sales, takes responsibility, and is results-oriented. Sales experience is a plus. Legal education is not required — we will train you in the specifics.

Work format: remote Schedule: 2/2 Hours: 10:00 to 21:00 Pay: 1,000 RUB per shift + 10% of sales Salary is paid on time. Growth: opportunity to grow into head of sales department, build a team, and eventually manage your own department.
