Sales Manager for 1C Products at Soft-Unity in Moscow. Salary from 100,000 ₽ (base + commission, total income from 150,000 ₽). Office-based work. Responsibilities include client management, sales, and consulting.

We are Soft-Unity, a company that has been automating business processes based on 1C solutions for 17 years. We are official 1C Franchisees, a Center of Competence KORP, a Certified Training Center 1C, and an ERP Center, holding other accredited statuses. Responsibilities: Work with new and existing clients, identify needs Handle incoming calls Conduct meetings (in-person and remote) Prepare and present commercial proposals Conclude contracts Issue invoices and monitor payments Sell 1C software products and services, as well as the company's implementation and support services Consult clients on company products Maintain client and deal information in the CRM system

Experience in B2B sales Knowledge of sales techniques, understanding of cold sales specifics Mandatory experience as a sales manager or service support manager in the IT sector (priority for 1C services) Experience in IT and consulting companies Experience in 1C Franchisee for at least 1 year will be an advantage Desire to develop in sales
