Sales Manager for 1C Integrator

Sales Manager for 1C integrator company Dialog IT. Selling 1C solutions and services to SMB clients. Hybrid work in Saint Petersburg.

We are Dialog IT, engaged in implementation and support of 1C. We are looking for a person who will sell our services to small and medium business clients. Primarily cold sales based on databases. Responsibilities: — Cold calls to database (reasonable amount, result matters); — Scheduling meetings with clients; — Selling standard and industry-specific 1C solutions, services, cloud (1C:Fresh), ITS contracts; — Fulfilling quarterly sales plan; — Signing sales contracts.

— Experience in cold sales — required; — Willingness to call, meet, sell; — Experience with 1C — preferred (but not critical if strong background in IT services sales).

— Broad product line: standard and industry solutions, services, cloud, ITS; — Provided database; — Adequate plan and support; — Official employment per Russian Labor Code; — Hybrid work format (office in Saint Petersburg, Lesnaya metro station).
