Sales Manager / Client Relations Manager

Remote sales manager for a network of retirement homes in Russia. Handle cold calls, lead management, and client support. Salary up to 100k RUB per month.

Responsibilities: - Active cold calling and processing incoming requests. - Managing clients, identifying needs, and selecting optimal accommodation options in the retirement homes. - First two weeks: immersion in product specifics and working with a cold/warm call base of 200-300 calls (essential for effective sales).

Requirements: - Russian citizenship and residence. - Time zone: Moscow +/- 3 hours. - Experience in active sales of services. - PC, stable internet, headset, and quiet during working hours. - Proficient with CRM (preferably amoCRM).

Conditions: - Remote work, schedule 2/2 from 09:00 to 21:00 (3000 RUB per day) or 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (2000 RUB per day). - Lunch and rest breaks. - Probation period 2 weeks. - After probation: fixed 40,000 RUB per month + performance bonus. Total income up to 100k RUB and above.
