B2B Sales Manager position in the crypto/fintech industry. Remote full-time role with a fixed salary of 50,000 ₽ plus KPI. Open to candidates without prior sales experience who can complete a test task. Work schedule is 11:00-19:00 GMT+3, 5/2.
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager in the crypto/fintech sector. Candidates without prior sales experience are welcome if they can complete a test assignment and demonstrate a professional approach. Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound leads, lead generation. - Searching for and attracting B2B clients (CIS + international). - Communicating with top managers of crypto/fintech companies.
Key requirements: - Confident business communication in Russian. - Understanding of B2B sales or willingness to quickly learn. - Willingness to complete a test assignment. - Focus on results and numbers, not just effort. - Candidates not from the Russian Federation are welcome, provided they have fluent Russian and can work within GMT+3 time zone.
Remote work. Schedule: 11:00–19:00 (GMT+3), 5 days a week. Clear KPIs and income growth opportunities. Compensation: Fixed salary (50,000 ₽) + KPI. Payments in USDT or ₽.
