Sales Manager

Sales manager for Melasty official dealer in Russia, handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining clients, salary + commission, remote work.

We are official dealers of Melasty farming equipment in Russia. Melasty holds 80% of the domestic market and exports to 92 countries. Due to department growth, we seek a manager to retain current clients and process incoming requests. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from hot clients who left requests on the site, saw ads, or come by recommendation (30% of time) - Make outgoing calls to cool clients who contacted us before (50% of time) - Support existing clients, request feedback on equipment, give recommendations (20% of time) - Communicate with clients via AmoCRM - Work with IP telephony

Timely payments without delays: salary consists of base + % of turnover. Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time). Official employment. B2C sales (fast deal cycle).
