Sales Manager at The Room Offer. Remote full-time role with income from $400. Work with inbound leads, present services, close deals, and maintain CRM to help specialists improve career positioning.

The Room Offer helps specialists turn real experience into clear market value: strengthen CV and LinkedIn, become more visible to recruiters, and get more relevant career opportunities. Mission: ensure strong specialists don't lose good offers because their experience is poorly packaged or not read by the market. Responsibilities: • Work with inbound leads. • Identify client goals, tasks, timelines, and budget. • Present services, handle questions and objections, help choose a tariff. • Drive deals to payment and control documents and source materials. • Hand over the client to a recruiter, control deadlines and result quality. • Maintain CRM, keep the pipeline up to date, and collect client feedback.

Important: • Confidently sell through dialogue, not by mechanically reading a script. • Calmly handle client doubts and objections. • Confidently use CRM, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. • Work with LinkedIn and use AI tools in daily tasks. • Be self-reliant, disciplined, and focused on measurable results. Nice to have: • Experience selling career, recruiting, or consulting services. • Understanding of hiring in IT, digital, and product companies.
