Sales managers needed for an online organic farming school. Responsibilities include calling and messaging clients, working in amoCRM, GetCourse, and telephony. Fixed salary from 15,000 RUB plus commission. Schedule 5/2, 10:00-19:00 MSK.

Online school of organic farming. Products: pruning course, organic garden course, windowsill garden course, gardeners club, mini-courses. Responsibilities: work in calls + correspondence with clients (those who attended webinars, clicked a button, left a request, prepaid, wrote in VK/TG/Inst); filling out reports; working in amoCRM + GetCourse + telephony.

Fixed salary: first month 15,000 RUB, from third month 20,000 RUB, with further growth up to 40,000 RUB. Percentage from sales from 3% to 6-8% (progressive, depends on plan fulfillment). KPI 5,000 RUB (fulfillment of call plan, 20 dialogues per day from 1 minute). Average pay from 100,000-130,000 RUB (no ceiling, marketing department brings many leads, daily auto-webinars, cold traffic, organic, live streams and sometimes offline events). Schedule: 5/2, from 10 to 19 MSK. Floating days off.
