Sales / Business Development Manager

Billions.works seeks a BDM with payments/fintech/crypto experience to handle outbound prospecting, full sales cycle, and account management. Base salary from $3,000 USD + bonuses. Remote.

Billions.works offers stablecoin payment acceptance with instant settlement to merchant IBAN, and issuance of personal IBANs in USD, EUR, and AED. Operates under Canadian MSB license, targeting low-risk clients. Tasks: - Outbound prospecting via Apollo.ai / LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to agreed ICP - Manage full deal cycle from first contact to contract signing - Work in CRM - Collaborate with compliance team during merchant onboarding - Account management for first 3 months after onboarding - Regular pipeline reporting

Must-have: - 3+ years in B2B sales - Experience in payments / fintech / crypto - English C1, fluent speaking - Experience closing deals from $50k ACV - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proficient oral and written communication - Ability to find an approach to anyone Important: We seek someone who can manage long deals with multiple client stakeholders, systematically work with pipeline, and close contracts. Director position for a region possible with relevant experience.

Base salary: from $3,000 USD depending on experience, paid twice a month. Bonus: N% of revenue per client for 12 months + fixed $500 per onboarding (merchant considered onboarded after 5+ transactions). Paid monthly. Annual paid vacation: 30 calendar days. Remote work format. Probation period: 3 months.
