Sales / Business Development Manager

Billions.works seeks a Sales/Business Development Manager with payments, banking, processing, crypto B2B experience. Full-time remote, base salary from 3,000 USD/month plus bonuses.

Billions.works offers stablecoin payment acceptance with instant settlement to the merchant's IBAN. The company provides payment acceptance and named IBAN issuance in USD, EUR, and AED. It operates under a Canadian Money Service Business license and focuses on low-risk clients. Responsibilities: - Outbound prospecting in Apollo AI / LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to agreed ICP - Manage the full deal cycle from first touch to contract signing - Work in CRM - Collaborate with the compliance team during merchant onboarding - Account management during the first 3 months after connection - Regular pipeline reporting Important: We are looking for a person who can manage long deals with multiple stakeholders on the client side, systematically work with the pipeline, and bring deals to contract signing. A regional director position is possible with relevant experience.

Must-have: - 3+ years in B2B sales - Experience with payment services, banks, processing, crypto B2B products, and at least one target audience - Established connections, contacts, and partnerships - English C1, fluent spoken - Experience closing deals from $50k ACV - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Competent oral and written communication - Ability to find a reason and establish contact with anyone

- Base salary: from 3,000 USD depending on experience. Payments twice a month - Bonus: N% of revenue per client for 12 months + fixed 500 USD per connection (a merchant is considered connected after 5+ transactions). Payments once a month - Annual paid vacation: 30 calendar days - Remote work format - Probation period: 3 months
