Sales / Business Development Manager

Sales/BDM for a crypto payment platform, remote, full-time, salary up to $5000/month plus bonuses. Requires 3+ years B2B sales in payments/fintech/crypto, English C1, track record closing deals from $50k ACV.

We are looking for a business development manager who already has experience working with payment services, banks, processing, crypto B2B products, and has worked with one of the target audiences. It is very important to have established connections, contacts, and partnerships. Billions.works offers accepting payments in stablecoins with instant settlement to the merchant's IBAN. We have both a product for accepting payments and the ability to issue personal IBANs in USD, EUR, and AED. We work under a Canadian Money Service Business license and focus on low-risk clients. Tasks: - Outbound prospecting in Apollo.ai / LinkedIn Sales Navigator per agreed ICP; - Managing the full deal cycle from first contact to contract signing; - Working in CRM; - Interaction with the compliance team during merchant onboarding; - Account management in the first 3 months after onboarding; - Regular reporting on pipeline.

Must-have: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales; - Experience in payments / fintech / crypto (NOT web3); - English C1, fluent; - Experience closing deals from $50k ACV; - Excellent negotiation and communication skills; - Excellent verbal and written communication; - Ability to find a reason and establish contact with anyone.

Base salary: from 1,000 to 5,000 USD, depending on experience and book of contacts. Paid twice a month; - Bonus: N% of revenue per client for 12 months. Paid once a month; - Annual paid vacation - 30 calendar days; - Remote work; - Probation period - 3 months.
