Sales / Business Development Manager

Sales/BDM for crypto payment services, remote full-time, salary $1000-$5000 + bonus. Must have B2B sales experience in payments/fintech/crypto.

We are looking for a business development manager with experience in payment services, banks, processing, crypto B2B products, and who has built relationships with target audiences. Billions.works offers payment acceptance in stablecoins with instant settlement to merchant IBAN. We have both a payment acceptance product and the ability to issue named IBAN in USD, EUR, AED. We operate under Canadian Money Service Business license and focus on low-risk clients. Tasks: - Outbound prospecting in Apollo ai / LinkedIn Sales Navigator per agreed ICP; - Manage full deal cycle from first touch to contract signing; - Work in CRM; - Coordinate with compliance team during merchant onboarding; - Account management for first 3 months after connection; - Regular pipeline reporting. We seek a person who can handle long deals with multiple client stakeholders, systematically works with pipeline, and brings deals to contract signing. Possible position of regional director with relevant experience.

Must-have: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales - Experience in payments / fintech / crypto (NOT web3) - English C1, fluent conversational - Experience closing deals from $50k ACV - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proper oral and written speech - Ability to find a pretext and establish contact with anyone

Base salary: $1,000 to $5,000 depending on experience and contact book, paid twice a month; Bonus: N% of client revenue for 12 months, paid once a month; Annual paid vacation — 30 calendar days; Remote work format; Trial period - 3 months.
