A fast-growing European women's clothing brand, currently in an active scaling phase, is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth and take charge of operational processes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the sales team (online and offline): set tasks, monitor execution and deadlines. * Develop and optimize sales channels with a focus on revenue growth. * Close collaboration with the marketing team (synchronization of the website and online store). * Ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment (speed, accuracy, SLA adherence). * Enhance customer experience and manage return processes. * Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, participate in assortment matrix formation.

Proven experience in managing sales and operational processes (e-commerce and retail). Understanding of how operational decisions impact revenue. Team management experience. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Strong negotiation skills with partners, contractors, and internal teams. Confidence in representing and defending the brand's interests. Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
