Head of Research Unit at Gradus Research. Remote-first (Kyiv). Responsibilities include analyzing client requests, managing research projects, presenting results, and leading a team. Requires 6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research and upper-intermediate English.

We are a research agency Gradus Research. We conduct marketing and sociological research in an innovative way through our own mobile application. We work with international brands, media, and government organizations and are currently actively scaling. What needs to be done: • Analyze client requests and prepare commercial proposals. • Control the quality and implementation of research projects at all stages. • Conduct presentations of results for senior stakeholders. • Manage the team, mentor, and develop the product line.

• 6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research. • Successful experience in managing and developing teams. • English - Upper-Intermediate and above. • Strong analytical skills; knowledge of SPSS, MS PowerBI, Tableau, or R will be an advantage.
