Roblox Stream Producer. Responsible for the entire streaming direction: coordinating and hiring streamers, preparing and technically supporting broadcasts, analytics, and improving formats. English B2+, 1+ year streaming experience.

Project: Roblox streaming direction. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and hire streamers; - Prepare and technically support broadcasts; - Work in vMix, OBS, VDO.Ninja, TikTok Studio; - Prepare scripts and structure of streams; - Monitor broadcast quality and quickly resolve technical issues; - Maintain statistics and analytics in Google Sheets; - Conduct retrospectives and propose improvements.

English B2+; - 1+ year of experience with streams; - Confident technical support of broadcasts; - Ability to work with streamers and build communication; - Interest in Roblox and gaming; - Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail. Main: we need not just a technical specialist, but a person who will develop the streaming direction and be responsible for its result.
