RF Design Engineer (Microwave)

Design complex wideband and ultra-wideband RF paths from DC to 86 GHz at INWAVE. Full-time on-site in Moscow. Salary from 300k RUB.

System engineering, development of complex broadband and ultra-wideband paths from DC to 86 GHz. Selection of best components for implementation. Calculations of noise figure, dynamic range, sensitivity, selectivity, IP3, phase noise, power balance and other path parameters. Minimization of spurious spectral components. Development of receiver, transmitter, and measurement paths for wireless communication systems and test equipment. Circuit design and simulation (transistor stages, filter synthesis, chip design). RF simulation (coplanar waveguides, microstrip filters, wideband bias circuits, amplifiers, mixers, etc.).

At least 5 years of experience as a circuit designer with frequencies of at least 5 GHz. Expert knowledge in building RF transceiver paths, component base, parasitic parameters, minimizing noise and spurious components, microstrip lines, phase noise, dynamic range, broadband matching, filter synthesis, high-speed ADCs and DACs. High proficiency in simulation tools (Microwave Office or similar). High proficiency in Cadence Allegro and/or Altium Designer. Knowledge of RF measurement equipment, experience in measurements and tuning of RF paths.
