Schematics Engineer (Circuit Design Engineer)

Circuit design engineer for complex electronic devices at SATEL LLC, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Full-time, on-site/hybrid. CAD experience required.

Design electrical schematic diagrams and electronic devices (telecommunication equipment). Comprehensive development of complex and medium-complexity electronics using Cadence Allegro/Altium Designer. Prepare design documentation per ESKD. Participate in commissioning and testing. Support prototypes and serial production. Select components and work with documentation. Quickly find alternatives. Perform calculations, simulations, and debugging. Collaborate with programmers, designers, and technologists.

Experience with high-speed systems based on processors/FPGA. Understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and peripherals. Experience with high-speed signals, multilayer PCBs, and physical processes. Experience with standard interfaces (ETH, HDMI, RS485, CAN, etc.). Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design. Experience with ESKD design documentation. Experience with measuring instruments. Experience with Cadence Allegro/Altium Designer. Allegro Orcad experience is a plus. Knowledge of modern domestic component base is a plus. Soldering and assembly skills preferred.
