Researcher position at SinerGia, starting from 80,000 RUB, focusing on phone calls to candidates in Moscow office.

Our responsibilities include conducting phone calls to potential candidates to invite them for interviews, assessing candidate interest and motivation, coordinating interview logistics, maintaining database and tracking all communications, ensuring high level of customer service, and interacting with HR managers and supervisors.

Experience in phone sales, call center, or similar field is a plus. Excellent communication skills and proper speech. Ability to motivate and persuade. Ability to work with databases and follow regulations. Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Office work in Moscow.
