We are looking for a person who identifies current narratives—intraday and intraweek—generates ideas, and packages them for development. ▪️ Tasks: ▫️ Daily market monitoring: X plus platforms like Axiom and GMGN ▫️ Maintain up-to-date understanding of current narratives and package them into launch ideas. In an active market—5–6 ideas per day, volume fluctuates with the market ▫️ Analyze others' launches: why they succeeded, why they didn't, what nuances were involved ▫️ Keep statistics on your ideas, do analytics and work on mistakes ▫️ Continuously improve and optimize the search process

▫️ Know launch mechanics: how organic behaves, how traders behave, what needs to be done and what people look at ▫️ Understand why one thing gathers attention and another doesn't ▫️ Able to build a logical chain, not just retell news ▫️ Trading experience is desirable ▫️ English B1+, most sources are in it ▫️ Self-discipline: market doesn't wait, maximum focus needed
