Responsibilities: - Communicate with foreign clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls, assisting in organizing their tours. - Coordinate tours from start to finish, staying in touch with guides. - Send photos from tours.

Requirements: - English at least B1/B2 - Communication skills with guests - Responsibility and punctuality - Teamwork skills - Knowledge of Respond and Bokun platforms is a plus - Stress resistance, quick problem-solving - Not a student

Conditions: - Remote work - Full-time, 5/2 schedule, 8 hours - Salary calculated in euros, from €850 and above - Work in a small friendly team - Work according to Finnish time - Foreign bank card required
