Remote Manager / Business Assistant

Remote manager/assistant for an entrepreneur with an online store on Wildberries, Ozon, and Avito. Tasks include data collection, product card checks, analytics, and task control. Salary starts at 20,000 RUB/month.

We are looking for a remote manager to help unload me and my current business assistant from operational work. We have an online store and sales on Wildberries, Ozon, and Avito. The work involves products, cards, spreadsheets, analytics, information search, and task control. This is not a sales manager vacancy — no need to sell to clients in chats. What you will do: - Work with spreadsheets and collect data - Check product cards on Ozon and Wildberries - Control stock and product statuses - Monitor reviews and customer questions - Analyze competitor cards and collect their strengths - Search and systematize information on products and suppliers - Collect search queries for Ozon - Prepare drafts of titles, descriptions, and technical specifications - Work with listings on Avito - Find errors in cards and listings - Maintain working spreadsheets and reports - Perform other operational tasks as needed

I value mindset and independence more than specific Ozon/WB experience. If you need a job where the manager details every step, this vacancy is not for you. I need a person who receives a task, figures it out independently, completes it, and returns with results, not with 'what do I do next?' Suitable person: - Can figure out a new task independently - Does not wait for detailed instructions on every step - Can search information on the internet - Works carefully with numbers and spreadsheets - Notices errors and reports them - Can prioritize when there are multiple tasks - Is calm about routine work - Meets deadlines - Communicates well and asks questions when information is truly lacking Main criterion: I need a person who can be given a task without controlling every step.

Remote work. Flexible schedule, but must be available during working hours. Permanent employment with prospects for increased responsibility. Payment: first month 20,000 RUB, then discussed, with KPIs and additional payment based on workload. At the start, there will be a small paid test assignment on real work tasks.
