Remote Customer Service Manager

Finnish resort company Sonka seeks a remote customer service manager to handle guest communication and bookings. Salary from €450, remote work.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with international guests via email and booking platforms: answer questions and handle requests. - Create, update, and adjust bookings using Moder, Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms. - Coordinate with the on-site team and ensure guest issues are resolved.

Requirements: - English at least B2. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently. - Stress resistance and quick problem-solving. - Proficient computer skills. - Knowledge of booking platforms is a plus. - Willingness to work during New Year holidays. Work schedule (Finnish time): - Mon-Fri: 17:00-22:00 - Sat-Sun: 14:00-22:00 - Shift work 2/2 or 3/3, discussed at hiring. May include weekends and holidays.
