Customer Service Operator

Operator for client communication in an international online lending company. Full-time, remote. Salary from 1400 to 2200 USDT per month.

Tasks: call clients who delay payments, negotiate payment, handle incoming calls and respond in messengers. Contact third parties when necessary.

Average total income from 1400 to 2200 USDT per month: fixed part plus percentage for plan completion Schedule 5/2, shifts of 10 hours. Days off may fall on weekdays. Day shifts: 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00. Night shift: 01:00-11:00. All times Moscow time. Lunch and breaks total 1 hour 40 minutes Paid training for 5 days, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 Moscow time.
