International company seeks a Relocate Team Lead to manage a team of Relocate Managers and develop employee relocation processes. Responsibilities: — manage the team and monitor quality of work; — coordinate the full relocation cycle: housing, documents, contracts, move-in/move-out; — resolve complex and conflict situations; — control deadlines and internal processes; — develop the team and provide feedback; — identify growth points and optimize processes; — step into operational work when needed.

Experience in relocation / mobility or a related field; Experience managing a small team; Good understanding of the full relocation cycle; Driver's license; Car ownership will be a plus; if needed, the company compensates rental.

Schedule 5/2, 10:00–19:00; Traveling format + office visits; Paid vacation and sick leave after probation period; Compensation for professional training, language courses, and sports; Corporate events and training.
