Reliability & Performance QA Engineer

Cloud platform team seeks Reliability & Performance QA Engineer to design load tests, automate non-functional testing, and ensure reliability of modular cloud platform. Salary: competitive, annual bonus. Office in Moscow, flexible schedule.

Team develops modular cloud platform for private, hybrid or distributed cloud. Design load profiles based on product analytics, requirements. Select and justify tools for non-functional testing and automation. Exploratory Chaos & Resilience testing. Automate load, reliability and fault tolerance tests, integrate into CI. Communicate with development teams and analysts to clarify requirements.

Load testing tools (Locust, K6, Gatling, etc.), knowledge of strengths/weaknesses, practical experience with examples. Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Python. Observability tools (Grafana, etc.), integration experience is a plus. Nice to have: DevOps or SRE experience; excellent soft skills.
