QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, JavaScript)

Button One is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, JavaScript) for remote work. Salary: 130,000–150,000 RUB/month. Full-time schedule 5/2. Requires 3-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining UI, API, and end-to-end tests on Playwright and JavaScript; forming and maintaining smoke and regression test suites; analyzing requirements, designing tests, preparing test documentation, and assessing risks; performing functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing; checking REST APIs, integrations, business logic, and data with SQL queries; analyzing test run results, logs, and collaborating with developers to fix test failures; running and analyzing automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements: at least 3 years of test automation experience and solid knowledge of testing theory; practical experience with Playwright and JavaScript, understanding of autotests architecture; ability to independently analyze requirements and systematically compose test sets; understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, and REST API; experience with logs, Git, and SQL queries for data verification; knowledge of Java or Python at a level sufficient for reading and writing autotests (specific language depends on the project); ability to complete tasks and collaborate with developers. Nice to have: experience building an automation framework from scratch; experience integrating autotests into CI/CD; deep API and integration testing experience; strong SQL skills; experience with Docker, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or TeamCity. Used tools: Playwright, JavaScript, REST API, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, browser DevTools, Git, SQL, Jira, TestRail.

Salary: 130,000–150,000 RUB per month (on hand). Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, remote work format.
