Regional Marketing Manager

Regional Marketing Manager at Sber in Moscow. Develop and implement annual local marketing plans, coordinate regional marketing activities, and manage budgets for retail and corporate marketing. Office-based role.

Develop and implement annual local plans for marketing activities to support the business: advertising campaigns, promotions and marketing campaigns, sponsorship, exhibition and event projects, marketing research. Coordinate regions for the implementation of marketing activities (planning, task setting, execution control). Form and control the execution of expense budgets for retail and corporate marketing. Prepare technical specifications (briefs) for procurement procedures to select suppliers for activities within the direction's scope. Participate in working groups to evaluate supplier proposals during procurement as customers, assess proposals for compliance with technical specifications (briefs). Evaluate forecast and actual effectiveness of marketing activities. Prepare reports based on project results.

Higher specialized education (marketing, advertising, PR, management). At least 3 years of experience in marketing/advertising/event industry. Experience planning and controlling budgets. Experience managing regional marketing. Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation preparation. Ability to work in multitasking conditions. Willingness to work irregular hours during preparation and conduct of events. Experience with AI tools.
