Looking for a Reels editor for Instagram with mandatory skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Element 3D, Cinema/Blender. 4 high-quality videos per month, $8000/$10000 per video.

Work process: 1. Receive scripts and themes for planned videos for the month. 2. Receive raw footage (shot on Canon R5C in CLog 3 profile). 3. Receive footage for cuts and some infographics. 4. Review material, select the best, create a skeleton of the story in Premiere Pro and do color grading. 5. Often need to run voice through Adobe Podcast AI due to reverb in the room. 6. Select music. 7. After editing, move to After Effects to create all graphics and necessary motion visuals based on the theme and script. 8. Coordinate final edit, make revisions if needed.

Mandatory skills: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Element 3D, Cinema/Blender. Nice to have: basic AI skills and color correction understanding. Must be able to assess own abilities realistically. Test task: create a 15-20 second cut from one of the reference videos.

Payment per video up to 1 minute: 8000/10000. 3-4 videos per month. Adaptation for VK, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
