Reels / Shorts Creator (CS2)

Reels/Shorts Creator (CS2) for a CS2 project. Part-time remote, flexible schedule, ~4h/day. Salary 50,000–65,000 RUB net + bonuses. Create short vertical videos, edit, track trends.

We are looking for a creator who can make short vertical videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. You will create content for a CS2 project — from idea to finished video. Responsibilities: - Come up with ideas and formats for short vertical videos (announcements, site features, guides, memes, trends); - Independently collect visual material: screencasts, game moments, UI elements; - Edit in vertical format: fast cuts, text accents, sound; - Monitor Reels/Shorts/TikTok trends and adapt them to the product; - Analyze what works: look at stats, draw conclusions, and improve the approach; - Interact with the team (marketing, design, production) to coordinate tasks.

- Experience creating Reels / Shorts / TikTok from 1 year (portfolio required); - Understanding of vertical format: dramaturgy, hook, dynamics, retention; - Confident editing in any program (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.); - Ability to work with on-screen text: short, bright, readable; - Basic understanding of CS2/CS:GO — understand the topic; - Creativity and ability to generate ideas quickly; - Independence: do not wait for tasks, but suggest; - English B1+ — a plus for finding ideas and trends.
