Seeking a Reels Maker to create short, engaging vertical videos from longer content. Must understand political context and trends. Full-time, remote position.

We are looking for a Reels Maker who can transform long speeches into short, engaging, and viral videos. The work involves political content (within Russian Federation laws). It's important to grasp the meaning, dynamics, and be able to extract strong moments. Responsibilities: ▪️ Propose ideas: which fragments will resonate, which memes/trends can be used, how to enhance virality. ▪️ Edit short vertical videos (30-60 seconds) from long recordings for platforms like VK, TikTok, Rutube, YouTube Shorts, Rumble, Odnoklassniki, Zen, etc. Aim for 100-150 original videos per month (with adaptation for different platforms). ▪️ Create dynamic, attention-holding edits. ▪️ Add readable Russian subtitles and titles. ▪️ Select trending sounds/music. ▪️ Perform basic color correction and formatting for 9:16 aspect ratio. ▪️ Publish approved videos on various platforms.

▪️ Experience with short videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts). ▪️ Understanding of organic promotion mechanics on the mentioned social networks. ▪️ Proficient video editing skills. ▪️ Understanding of trends. ▪️ Ability to work quickly according to briefs. ▪️ Skill in creating readable, neat subtitles. ▪️ Fluent Russian language. ▪️ Understanding of the political/social agenda (relevant experience is highly valued). ▪️ English is an advantage. ▪️ Portfolio is mandatory (preferably with similar content).
