International logistics company seeks a Reels Maker / Content Specialist to create short vertical videos for B2B audience. Remote work with occasional office shoots in Moscow. Stable pay plus bonuses.

We provide comprehensive services for working with China: purchasing goods, finding suppliers, consolidation and storage of cargo, delivery, customs clearance, certification, and other services that help entrepreneurs solve their tasks. We are actively developing video content and are looking for a person who will help make the topic clear, interesting, and modern. Responsibilities: - Generate ideas for short vertical videos, focusing on our target audience - Write scripts: from hook to CTA - Shoot videos in the office and other suitable locations - Edit videos - Organize the process: script → preparation → shooting → editing → finished video - Analyze competitors' content, follow trends, and adapt them to our topic - Propose new hypotheses - Work in tandem with a marketer: discuss ideas, analyze results, and improve content - Participate in shoots

Understanding of B2B specifics Experience creating short videos for business, services, expert projects, or related products Ability to write scripts for a specific target audience Ability to set up frame/light/sound for a good shot Ability to edit videos (CapCut is fine) Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithm principles Having an iPhone with a good camera for shooting Confidence and pleasant appearance will be an advantage Willingness to work
