Reels Maker for a prop-trading platform, creating short videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. Full-time, remote.

Leading prop-trading platform in the CIS. We need a reels maker to turn short videos into a systematic content direction: increase the number of videos, regularly test new ideas, and find formats that consistently get views on Instagram & YouTube. We need not just an editor waiting for a ready brief. We are looking for an author and content hero: someone who can come up with a presentation, feels confident on camera, and is ready to immerse themselves in content. Responsibilities: - Search for trends and references with the SMM team; propose own ideas and actively participate in script development. - Come up with strong hooks and adapt complex topics to short videos. - Appear on camera yourself, if necessary, help with the filming process of other team members. - Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (basic editing level: the team will help with complex editing, focus on the content itself). - Shoot diverse content - humorous, about the product, trading, and other topics; priorities for formats will be formed together based on the content plan. - Test different formats, presentations, characters, and columns. - Analyze results optionally - not mandatory at the start. Content volume: at the start, aim for 2-3 videos daily. We value not a meaningless conveyor, but stable content production and a large number of meaningful tests.

You will fit us if: - Feel confident and natural on camera. - Can explain clearly and interestingly; have good diction, expressive voice, and charismatic delivery. - React quickly and can improvise; understand modern internet humor and the mechanics of short videos. - Can film yourself on camera; have basic editing skills. - Show initiative and do not wait for detailed briefs for each video (we love people with their own taste). - Ready to test a lot and calmly accept that not every video goes viral. - Able to work systematically and meet agreements. - Proficiency in various AI services for video content is a big plus. - Commercial experience is a plus but not required. We are ready to take a talented beginner with strong delivery, broad exposure, and desire to grow quickly. - Knowledge of trading is not required. The team will help understand the product and scripts. It's important to quickly grasp a complex topic and explain it in human language.

Full-time employment; primarily remote work; we can rent a studio and use different locations; colleagues will help with shooting and technical parts if needed; we will cover all necessary costs for services, props, etc.; possible additional bonuses for videos with strong results; salary depends on the candidate's skill level.
