WebDesignSun.com is looking for a Recruiter Responsibilities — Source, screen, and attract talent across technical and non-technical roles — Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer — Collaborate with hiring managers and heads on role requirements — Build and maintain a candidate pipeline — Conduct interviews and assess cultural and professional fit — Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes — Support the HR team during low-hiring periods

2+ years of recruiting experience (IT/tech preferred) Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, referrals) Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.) Understanding of tech hiring landscape and role profiles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience with rapid team scaling under project demands Ability to source candidates globally via diverse channels English — B2+ Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native, Understanding Ukrainian is must Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine Soft Skills — Positive energy — you bring good vibes to every interaction — Genuine curiosity about the company, its culture, and projects — People person — you enjoy building connections and conversations — Quick thinking in non-standard situations — Flexibility to bypass processes when speed matters — Champion of corporate culture — align hiring with company DNA — Ready to adapt when priorities and requirements shift fast ⭐️ Nice to have Employer branding, HR analytics, hiring for international/remote teams, compensation benchmarking, tech background, Ukrainian native speaker
