Recruiter / Qualification Manager

RUB 100,000

Remote full-time position for a qualification manager / recruiter. Responsibilities include processing and qualifying applications, candidate sourcing, CRM management, and supporting candidates until contract signing. Pay: 20,000 RUB per closed contract in the first month, then 100,000 RUB plus percentage after probation.

Goal: personnel selection. Tasks: - Process and qualify applications - Search for candidates - Maintain CRM - Support candidate until contract signing

Independence, persistence, and result-oriented mindset.

Schedule 5/2, full-time, training provided, ready-made scripts and support. First month: 20,000 RUB for each closed contract. After probation: 100,000 RUB + percentage.
