— Select employees for working positions: high-rise stacker drivers, order pickers, packers, storekeepers. — Be in touch with warehouse complex managers, understand their tasks, respond promptly to needs and build working relationships. — Independently search for candidates, work with responses, conduct interviews and accompany the candidate at all stages of hiring. — Organize the exit of final candidates and control the process until the first working day. — Support new employees during adaptation and probation period. — Maintain recruitment reporting and track recruitment effectiveness.

— Experience in mass recruitment from 1 year. — Interest in working with candidates for working positions and desire to find suitable employees. — Ability to build contact with candidates and managers: hear the request, ask questions and offer solutions. — Readiness for a large number of communications and work at a high pace. — Competent oral and written speech, ability to find common language with different people. — Higher education.
