Search and selection of personnel for various vacancies (developers, analysts, testers, etc.); Work with heads of departments: taking briefs, scheduling meetings, assisting in candidate assessment; Conducting initial interviews with candidates; Onboarding and initial adaptation of employees.

Successful experience in filling vacancies for at least 1 year; Knowledge and ability to work with various candidate sources (hh.ru, Habr, LinkedIn, telegram, social networks, professional communities, recommendations, etc.); Ability to build partner relationships with clients and successful, comfortable communication with candidates. A significant advantage will be: Understanding of modern IT technologies; Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the IT market and its development trends.
