paytech is a dynamic fintech company building payment infrastructure. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Reconciliation Officer who can take ownership of daily reconciliation processes across multiple payment platforms, providers, and internal systems. This role is critical for keeping our payment flows accurate, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work closely with payment providers, Finance, IT, and Tech teams to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, close reconciliation breaks, and help strengthen internal controls.

• Strong analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with large datasets and complex reconciliations • High level of attention to detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies • Solid understanding of payment flows and experience working with back-office systems • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems • Proactive and ownership-driven approach — you don’t just find problems, you solve them • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams • Fluent Russian • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher ⭐️ Nice to have: • Experience in fintech, payments, gaming, or high-volume transactional environments • Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables; experience with large datasets is a plus • Experience in process optimization or automation • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
