Team of real estate agents (husband and wife, plus a marketing strategist) at the city's largest agency is looking for an assistant to take on part of office and field real estate tasks (70% of working time) and implement social media content ideas (30% of working time). Real estate block: - routine database tasks; - preparing and sending reports; - supporting deals/clients; - working with documents; - property showings and site visits. SMM block: - organizing and filming content (expert blog of the real estate agent); - turning ideas into scripts and shooting plans; - finding trends and quickly adapting them; - editing Reels and carousels. - Activity, willingness to learn new things, move and grow; - good computer skills, ability to work with databases, spreadsheets, basic software; - experience using AI tools to optimize work; - production experience; - understanding of Reels; - speed, systematicity, and independence.
