Mobile Game Developer (Publisher Collaboration / Revenue Share)

Enchant - Gaming&AI Accelerator is looking for experienced small development teams to create mobile games in the genres of Roblox-like, simulators, sandboxes, and incrementals. Collaboration on a revenue share basis of up to 50% of profits.

Enchant - Gaming&AI Accelerator works with gaming projects and tools for game development. We are looking for experienced small development teams to realize the ideas and concepts of new games from mobile publishers. We provide a dedicated producer, an in-house team of creatives, marketing, UA, analytics, and launch support, hypothesis testing, a large library of assets and plugins, and ready-made modules for rapid prototyping (for Roblox-like projects).

2-3 years of game development experience Have released projects (portfolio required) Preferably Unity + physics experience Confident work in small teams Considering solo developers in Roblox-like and horror genres

Revenue share with the publisher - up to 50% of the game's profit In the early stages, the team works at its own expense until stable revenue is achieved
