Radio Host for Corporate Radio Stations

Megapolis Media seeks an experienced radio host for corporate radio stations. Full-time, office in Moscow center. Salary discussed after demo review.

Megapolis Media creates and develops corporate and brand radio stations for major Russian businesses. The team is looking for a radio host with FM radio or regional media experience ready to work with audiences of leading corporations. Responsibilities: – Prepare and write scripts for broadcasts, adapt corporate information into a lively radio format; – Record and edit audio materials (about 90% of content is pre-recorded); – Host live radio broadcasts from the studio and mobile remote studios in Russian regions (2–3 times a month); – Develop concepts, formats, and content for new programs and special projects; – Conduct studio interviews and record speaker comments by phone; – Lead production of corporate event radio broadcasts (up to 2 projects per month); – Participate in internal corporate and promotional events.

– Proven experience as a radio or show host; – Pleasant voice, impeccable diction, and correct speech; – Strong improvisation skills, sense of humor, and ability to hold audience attention; – Experience conducting guest broadcasts and interviews; – Editing and editorial skills in audio editors (VEGAS experience is a plus); – Composure, stress resistance, and readiness for occasional business trips across Russia.
