3+ years of experience leading a testing team. Practical experience managing QA engineers. Experience distributing resources between projects and teams. Experience building or optimizing testing processes. Understanding of the full software testing lifecycle. Experience interacting with cross-functional teams. Experience with the Java Appium Mobile stack. Experience working with several testers simultaneously. Conversational Russian.
