QA Lead (Java Appium Mobile)

QA Lead with 3+ years of experience in Java Appium Mobile and team management. Fintech, relocation to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Full-time office work.

Responsibilities: Lead the testing function in the company; coordinate distributed QA teams; manage specialist workload; allocate testers between projects; build and develop testing processes; participate in QA direction and team development; interact with product and technical teams. Important: need 2-3 years of experience managing a QA team and experience working with multiple testers simultaneously, plus Java Appium Mobile stack.

Experience leading a testing team for 3+ years; practical experience managing QA engineers; experience allocating resources between projects and teams; experience building or optimizing testing processes; understanding of the full software testing lifecycle; experience interacting with cross-functional teams; conversational Russian.
