QA Engineer

QA Engineer (Senior) at DreamSoft. Full-time, remote, Russia. Testing backend and integrations. Salary 150k RUB/month +7% for individual entrepreneurs.

Project: Testing product and tech debt tasks of the website teams. Main focus on backend and integrations: API, queues, data. Frontend is a smaller part of the workload, but no less important. Relevant experience: - Independent testing of backend and frontend tasks - Supporting deployments, including microservices, to production - Working with incidents and defects from test environments and production - Feedback to developers on logging, API contracts, and frontend/backend dependencies - Experience testing migrations and major frontend changes - Bug backlog control and initiatives to reduce it

From 3 years of commercial testing experience Backend/API testing — at least 3 years REST, gRPC, Kafka and/or RabbitMQ Confident work with DBs and SQL: JOIN, UNION, GROUP BY Frontend testing experience: DevTools, UI scenarios, checking frontend-API/BFF integration Understanding of microservices architecture, integrations, eventual consistency, and fault tolerance principles Confident test design and test documentation Experience independently driving tasks from requirements to production Experience decomposing complex scenarios involving UI, services, queues, and DBs Ability to localize defects using logs and monitoring Experience with Grafana/Prometheus/Sentry or similar Git + CI/CD: branches, MRs, pipelines Experience with Allure TestOps or similar Nice to have: - Experience in e-commerce - Load testing: k6/JMeter - Kubernetes - Docker - Temporal - GraphQL - Jaeger/OpenTelemetry - MongoDB - ClickHouse - Nuxt/Vue or similar frontend stack
